Trip To Penang: Site Visit To Mr Tan’s Culture Research Studio

Trip To Penang: Site Visit To Mr Tan’s Culture Research Studio¬†– It was not a fully leisure trip after all, there’s still some little learning and assignment to do during the trip to Penang with my classmate last year. One of the task was site visit to Mr Tan Yeow Wooi’s Culture Research Studio on China Street and do some site analysis organized by Mr CK. We actually took that little shop house of Mr Tan’s as our site for my last design project which is a Nyonya’s restaurant. =D
So, we spent some times looking around for key space, did some measuring, photograph a lot for reference later then and feel the space. To be honest, it’s not easy to design a restaurant there as I can say that it’s one of the smallest Chinese shophoues in Penang.
Hello Rasyid!
Looks scary when I found this photo in my album. Aida!!!! Hahaha.
