Penang: Transfer Road Delicious Roti Canai

Penang: Transfer Road Delicious Roti Canai – Yeah, you heard it right, Transfer Road in George Town has a nice Roti Canai stall that operates in the morning. It’s not new, but it’s quite new to me because it’s my first time went there recently with an Indonesian friend – Arvin. I was a tour guide for Arvin for 3 days last week and I brought him around to eat and check out. =D

Let’s talk back about this Roti Canai, what’s so special is actually the gravy, the curry. You know Roti Canai is just a piece of Indian flatbread that eat with curry sauce normally called dalcha. But at this Transfer Road Roti Canai, you can order a choice of chicken currybeef curry and mutton curry. Then you can choose it to be separated which is the roti and curry separated or choose it BANJIR (flood) which is the curry flooded on the bread.

We ordered one chicken curry and one beef curry. Total got bomb, of RM10 include drinks. Perhaps it’s expensive for the curry as there’s big piece of chicken and beef. The curry were pretty spicy, yet it’s spicy level were to suit to over liking. Overall, it’s a nice roti canai place and I prefer the beef curry more. =D One more thing, you can add an extra sunny egg on top of your roti canai too upon special request.
