Dad was the driver and was driving along the road in Singapore 2 weeks ago during our trip to Singapore. We went there by car and so we were able to roam around the city easily. However, foreign car will be charged S$10 for going through ERP, their Singapore toll system or known as Electronic Road Pricing. We were forced to go through that ERP or else we have to turn a big round to get to our destination, Kovan at Upper Serangoon Road to eat chicken rice.
It’s a long trip from west coast to east coast. There’s traffic jam because it’s during peak hour when everyone is getting home from work. But the traffic jam is not as worse as in Kuala Lumpur.
I only get to take the photo of Singapore Flyer in the car while moving. Brother didn’t even know the real direction to get there, he only know how to take the MRT and walk to the Singapore Flyer. Anyway, at least we get to take a look at how it is look like. Big and tall Ferris Wheel, a lot taller and bigger than Eye on Malaysia.
Eye On Malaysia is only 60m in height while Singapore Flyer is approximately 150m which is twice the height of it. Sadly, it’s going to be relocated to Malacca. That sucks man. Why can’t they just build a permenant one?
Lastly, one thing I want to tell you that, my dad did not get charge even though had passed through the operating ERP one or twice. How come?
