Unfortunately, I did not join others at the Merdeka Eve Countdown celebration at KOMTAR area, it was because mom was afraid of the traffic jam and that’s a transportation problem for me. So I went for a movie (Money No Enough 2) with friends in the afternoon.
There’s a little bazaar or carnival sort of thingy at the alfresco area of Gurney Plaza and after looking around, it was a little carnival held up by Rapid Penang to celebrate their one year anniversary in Penang. There’s just games for kids, a colouring competition, free pop corns, dance competition, snake show with a python and also a treasure hunt. They did send a email to me but I just went there to look around for a while only, it was hot and the snake show was actually targetting the kids and doesn’t interest me much.
There’s also a camera fair running at the centre area of the mall. People thought I would go take a look but I already have a camera and I love my camera to the max, so I don’t really want to look around there. But there’s pretty girl giving out flyers. =D Tell you what, camera fair is not always cheap, it’s probably giving you more free gift but they are still selling to you at retail price. I recommend a shop in KOMTAR.
Introducing Chia Yang.
Alvin Yang, the person behind alvinyang.net. Both of them are my buddies in school since Form 1. Thanks to 1T9, my class during Form 1 which given me a chance to meet them.
Ha! Errrrrrr, they are strangers, I don’t know them, they don’t know me. I saw them wearing like I-also-don’t-know-how-to-describe, in kimono or cosplaying? I don’t really have that idea, I only know it’s a Japanese theme wear. The couple were at the cinema and I wanted to take photo with them because they are cool. I was shy to talk at first, but after some times, I stepped out and asked for photo with them. They were blur with me and after 5 seconds of thinking, they said “Ok”. They still looked blur after being photograph. Haha!
