Only in Form 4 and 5, I had to do various community service or voluntary work or so call the kerja amal in Malay language. This is to complete the Moral Ed project which is part of scores in the Moral paper in SPM. The first one I did was cleaning at teacher’s house and now is cleaning in some part of my school compound.
However, all of these were fakes and we didn’t really commit into the work, it’s just an still act for taking photos which is need in the folio.
It’s always the last minute work that we did. Tomorrow is the deadline for the 2nd community service report and we took our photos 2 days ago, went to the photo shop to print out the photos today and we’ll gonna write up or simply copy the report tomorrow in school. It’s our way of doing work, you can’t blame us, because many of them are like this too, with only a little of exception. You will see everyone busy doing the Moral folio tomorrow early in the morning. =)
Wednesday, after having my lunch in the canteen, I and a few friends, Tee Jin, Jing Min, Zez and Ming Tian went to the back of the school where is the store room or whatsoever it is called for the uniformed unit because Zez told me that they got broom and stuff for cleaning the compound there.
It turns out like we were playing with the KRS’ (School Teenager’s Cadet) loudspeaker instead of “doing” our work. Nevertheless, we’ll still going to use the above photos for the folio as Ming Tian (the person with the loudspeaker on the 2nd photo) said that this is where teamwork shows from a leader giving orders. LOL.
(Jing Min with the knife)
It’s just us playing with all the tools. We helped nothing there actually. We were actually in rush because we had tuition later then, so it took us for like 20 minutes for the kerja amal photo shooting.
(Ming Tian imagining himself as a rock star.)
This is what we call the real still picture as we were really still that time, not doing work, just for photo taking.
I just love kerja amal! Hahaha.
