Everytime I go Singapore, sure got go Bugis there one. Just for a reason, shopping. I’m not a shopaholic, I only shop for gadgets and anything I want la. My mom is a shopaholic, so if there’s a place for her to shop, she sure go.
One fine morning, we take taxi to Bugis. Taxi driver drop us at Bugis Junction, a mall with glass roof. Cool hor. That day was a Friday, school day, no wonder I see so many kids in their uniform there. Here is not like there, you don’t really see a lot of student in the mall after school in the weekdays.
Bugis Junction famous fountain whatever thing, for kids to play water. Here in Penang’s New World Park has one. But I didn’t see kids play there before, their parents might scared people think they are sampat. LOL. In Singapore not same, ang mo also play, Chinese also play, Malay also play, everyone play la. Enjoy mah.
I got nothing to buy there or shop there, since I got my iPod already. Let mommy shop until she drop. Brother and I went to Starbucks there, sit down, but didn’t order anything. Then surf the net. Luckily, there’s Wifi, not like last time Chiang Mai there all place don’t have free Wifi one. And then camwhore myself with my new baby.
We then went across the street to a Chatuchat-liked place in Singapore. They say it’s Singapore Largest Street Market. Why here don’t have one?
Got 2 level, first level no aircon, 2nd level got aircon. But still hot, cause inside there a lot of people.
Luckily center of the Street Market has a very very very very the big fan on the roof. It make it windy. Don’t wear skirt, your skirt can fly up there. LOL. Stuff selling there is like things in Sungai Wang, Prangin Mall, all the cheap cheap (not really cheap in Singapore) tshirts, accessories, shorts, dress and blabla. But don’t have fake shoes.
Go there ba, if you go Singapore next time.
