Last Saturday Was Boring

Written by Nicholas Chan on August 18, 2009 – 12:30 am -

I had school on last Saturday and it’s a school replacement again. This time was a replacement for I don’t really know when but from what I’ve heard is for Deepavali. It’s like so long and the school really likes school replacement. It’s like my school and a few school had class as usual on that day. My class got only 25 out of 42 present in class.

School was really boring on that day, teacher didn’t really teach as there’s not many in class. It’s just talking and talking and talking non-stop.

I didn’t skip school on that day because I need to attend a meeting in the afternoon with my friend, so I was forced to go to school in fact.

Once again, I took photograph in class. It seems like I am getting more and more photos of my class activities and happenings.

I was in my own clothes because it was almost school dismissal so I changed in my casual wear to prepare to go for a meeting.

Red Box Gathering with Old 4SA5 Friends

Written by Nicholas Chan on April 19, 2009 – 10:51 pm -

Although we have been to different class this year, but we still get a chance to meet in school and also go outing some times. I really miss last year’s classmate because last year was really a very great year.

Still remember that we often go to Red Box together on Friday after school, it was so fun. We did it again last Friday. Although everyone was not there, but it’s a nice Friday afternoon singing gathering.

Attendees were Arron, Zez Chien, Liang Sun, Cheong Kin, Chien Chern, Zheng Feng, Fang Jiunn a.k.a. Tallguy and a non-4SA5 visitor, Edmond.

They all went there by bus and myself went there by foot because I went home after school and they went right away after school.

This was the time that we sang the most English song more than Mandarin song. I can’t sing well but it was still fun, shouting and screaming along.

We met Jerry there at Red Box too who was celebrating his birthday with his friends. We went to find him to take a group shot.

We then went back to our room to continue our singing. It was a long 3 hours karaoke session from 3pm to 6pm.

There’s no girls in the room and they made some stupid pose for the camera. There were actually more but it’s not suitable and right to post online. Not gay, it’s just being LOL.

Some photos with Ah Pek’s Spectacles

Written by Nicholas Chan on March 5, 2009 – 9:23 pm -

I forgot which it was. During the recess break, I don’t who brought along some cute glasses. It’s the kind that Ah Pek wears and the best part of it that, there’s no lens on it, it’s just the frame. Something like my the glassless spectacles that I bought a few months ago. It’s missing in action right now, disappeared.

My friend found them in the Leo Club Sight First Glasses Recycling Box, we found 3 that are most suitable for wearing and the rest have lens on it, so it’s not good for the eyes. If you have any unwanted spectacles, you can take to Chan Kong Chan Optical Centre in Penang. It’s one of my Leo Club’s project.

So, we wore it and took photos with it. The frame is not bright coloured, the frame is not thick, so it’s not under the school spectacle ban list. In my school, some and some kind of spectacles are not allow to wear in the school, even if you bring it but didn’t wear it, some stupid prefect will still write down your number. That’s bad side of some prefects.

If found guilty, the spectacles maybe or maybe not confiscated by the school authority but for sure that your name will be recorded in a the disciplinary record book.

I have good eyesight, I need no spectacles but I want one, to look smart. Anyway, if I am really getting it, it will be on the last of my shopping list because I have so many things on my shopping list, it’s a never ending list.

Fang Da Tong looked like us. LOL We have something similar, it’s on his eyes! =)

Happy Chin Ping 17th Birthday

Written by Nicholas Chan on February 26, 2009 – 11:06 pm -

I attended a little birthday celebration on last Saturday and it was Chin Ping’s, who was the birthday girl. She is officially 17 right now. =) It was a surprise plan for the little girl but turned out, she knew it before it and I didn’t really know how she know about it. Anyway, glad to know that she was and is happy.

Her mom, Ms Auntie, a very friendly person, cooked a lot of food and we bought pizza and KFC fried chicken to her apartment where I have been there before during the Valentine’s evening.

Sister Chin Yen fetched me from school after my CCA activity, then went to Tesco for Pizza Hut and KFC take away.

At there, I met the big guys again. The old Chung Ling boys, my seniors. We just started off with singing of birthday songs, blowing of candle and then, we eat! There’s the birthday cake, 3 large pizza, 2 dozen of KFC fried chickens, fried noodle, kuih and nuggets. That’s what I had for my breakfast + lunch as I did not eat anything for breakfast that morning.

The entertainment for that afternoon was pretty simple, at some times, there’s people singing; at some times, there’s people did some card tricks; at some times, there’s people played with my camera; at some times, there’s people jokes around and all the time, we talked and crapped, a lot.

Unfortunately, Chien Chern’s memory stick got corrupted when we went for photo print, we accidentally pulled the card out while transferring photo and later then everything was gone. Hopefully it can be recover with some program.
