Coca-Cola Zero from Australia

A new Australian Coke has just added into my Coke Collection. Thanks to Alfred who brought me a Coca-Cola Zero unopened can from Australia.

Coke Collection : Morocco Coca Cola Bottle

I’ve just added a new category and that is Coke Collection, you can navigate through the categories section on your left. So Mr Anthony a.k.a. my tuition teacher had just went on a cruise trip on the Mediterranean and I asked him to buy me some Coke before getting onto his trip. What he got me were 2 classic bottles of Coca Cola from Morocco with some Arabian wording on it.

It’s the same size, one with a classic red background and another without.

Marque Deposee means Registered Trademark.

One bottle costs 3 Moroccan Dirhams (approx. RM1.25).

Eating Contest at Gurney Plaza

I went to Gurney Plaza to had my lunch-afternoon tea last Saturday. I planned to stay at home whole day to sleep, TV, DVDs, Internet but I can’t because I have run out of food at home. So, I had to go to the nearest place to me, Gurney Plaza to find food.

I didn’t know there’s a kind of contest was going on until I saw a a bunch of people beside Shih Lin. Being a busybody Penangite, for sure I went to take a look what’s happening on.

At first I thought it was just a Oyster Mee Sua eating contest, eat as many of Osyter Mee Sua as you can but later on, after eating a few bowl of it, then stand up and turn to other place.

It’s not easy to eat the Oyster Mee Sua because it’s hot and it’s a little bit spicy although it’s delicious. I’ve tried the food before. Somemore, one have to eat not one but a few bowls. It’s gonna be very full and hot.

Then what I was mentioning was they moved to the other station and another person sit down and eat. Only then I know what’s going on, it’s not just a oyster mee sua eating competition but it’s like a station eating contest in a team where a team goes to one station (one kind of food), one of the team member eat and when he or she finishes it, they will move to the other station and another team member will take turns to eat.

I never know about this contest and didn’t really bother to follow wherever they go because I was hungry at that time.

What a coincidence that I met the contestant again while I was hunting for food at the alfresco area. It was the last station for them.

Connect ten straws and suck (drink) the coca cola until it’s dry. When someone finishes the first can, he can get closer to the coke by reducing the connected straws to 5.

They seriously have skill. A guy was like going lower and lower for it.

That’s what I got. Eating contest at Gurney Plaza.
