I’ll talked about before. If I have a fast connection there, I would had already posted this up last week, but I did not have a constant Internet connection in Hong Kong last week.
The day before was election, I actually planned to sleep early cause I had to wake up at 4am, have to reach Penang International Airport at 6.30am, but because of election, I stayed up late to follow the live result. Wee! New government in Penang. Congratulation.
Surprisingly, at the airport, I see a newly opened area at the check-in counter. An extension of the check-in counter but sadly, it’s still don’t look good like the KLIA, Suvarnabhumi Bangkok Airport with LCD TVs everywhere.
There’s a lot of people taking the Cathay Pacific flight that day, some was to LA, some to Beijing and us to Hong Kong. Did you know that AirAsia is now flying to Hong Kong from KL? Yes! and NO because it’s not flying from Penang. =(
After a long queue to check-in our luggage and get our boarding pass. We were ready to fly. Notice my name on the boarding pass, it’s too long until my Nicholas was spelled NICHO.
Camwhored a bit with my camera while having breakfast at expensive Coffee Bean.
Nice sunrise view at the airport terminal.
It’s -59 degree Celcius outside the plane. Didn’t took a nap because I had coffee. Can’t sleep. So I was just watching the shows on board. Watched CSI and House.
Soon, not soon. 4 hours later, we arrived in Hong Kong International Airport. From the arrival terminal to the custom check point is very far, so there’s a train service that took us to the place.
Mom helped took a photo of me when waiting for the train. I was in Hong Kong!
