My First Real Polaroid Photo
Written by Nicholas Chan on April 6, 2009 – 12:41 am -First of all, thanks for Min Xiang for giving me a polaroid shot from his Fujifilm Instax 100. It’s fun playing and trying out a real polaroid instant camera. It’s not the famous Polaroid brand but it’s Fujifilm Instax 100. I’ve forgotten to take a shot of the camera but what I want to say about the camea is, it’s huge and heavy. You don’t really one want to hang a instant camera and a DSLR around your neck at the same time.
Let’s show you some shot.
Printed instantly on a Fujifilm Instax Wide format film. There’s a mini credit card size film which is used on the Fujifilm Instax Mini camera. That one will be smaller in size and cheaper too.
When the film come out from the camera, there’s nothing on it. I was panic because I thought there’s problem with it but actually everything was going fine.
After a while, the image appeared on the film. Yay! A shout of joy.
It’s a little bit under exposed, but it’s cool.
One thing, remember do not shake the film when it come out from the the camera, you will spoil your photo if you do so.
