Downing Street and Night Safe

It’s just 2 random shots that I got from my mobile while going to the bank. I am going to the bank a lot lately to help dad to deposit his cheque and also the company’s cheque.

Named after London’s Downing Street, this was main admistrative section of early port settlement with separate buildings for Chinese Pretectorate and Indian Immigration Depot. Targeted for bombing during WW2, only one pre-war building remains intact (and that is the HSBC bank).

I don’t know what this is and it caught my attention. Pretty!
