Berjaya Times Square and theme park is degrading
Written by Nicholas Chan on August 31, 2008 – 2:03 am -I have not been to the Berjaya Times Square for a long time. Last trip to Kuala Lumpur, I had visited there for a while to find the Acer Service Centre to ask for some thing so in the mean time, I had took a walk around in the mall. I remembered the first time I went, it’s very new 3 years back, very crowded, clean and shouts and laughter can be heard at the indoor theme park which claimed to be Asia’s largest indoor theme park.
The cinema level is on a very high floor, 10th floor. I can see the whole theme park from top and I only see some kids in there, it’s very quiet nowadays. Roller coaster is not moving and just a little of shouts. Shops in Berjaya Times Square are degrading the standard of the mall, it’s will not be Pavilion or KLCC but it’s more like Sungai Wang and Penang’s Prangin Mall now. Borders bookstore has also became one floor instead of 2 before that.
It’s not an good idea to locate the food court at so high at 10th floor, it’s better to be at the basement or ground.
Ah, now I know why mom don’t like to visit Berjaya Times Square now and before, mainly because of there’s so many floors.
