Parking ticket at Damansara

In Petaling Jaya, they had a different parking payment system. You have to walk to a machine, there’s a few machine in the area, bring some coins with you, then you need to put in the coins as 10cents for 10 minutes and it depends on how long you park your car. Next, you will need to key in your car plate number and a ticket will be printed out. Walk back to your car and place the ticket somewhere onyour dashboard.
It’s a bit inconvinient where you need to walk to the machine and go back to the car again if you park your car very far to the machine. It’s a self service one.
Unlike in Penang, where there’s always a ticket man around who will come by to write a parking ticket for you and when you are ready to go, you will be in trouble looking for the ticket man because you don’t know where he goes to.
In my personal opinion, free parking is the best, no need ticket but this is impossible. Implement parking coupon like Ipoh and Singapore will be easy. No need walk here and walk there, just buy a stack of coupon and keep in your car. I still have a stack of Singapore’s parking coupon at home, I think there’s $20 in total.
