Homemade printed tee made for nickchan.net #1

Written by Nicholas Chan on August 17, 2008 – 1:16 am -

Inspired by chanlilian.net, yiphing.net, johnchow.com and some other bloggers, I’ve decided to buy materials and DIY my very own printed tee. I am quite a simple person, I don’t like fancy shirt, printed tee is my favourites.

I bought a 3 Giordano white plain tees for RM45, a pack of 5 of transfer paper for RM23 at Popular bookstore. Design was actually ready a few months ago when I thought of making it before, but I only get my lazy butts out of the chair now to start working on it.

The hard part is on ironing the transfer paper onto the shirt. The time can’t be long, if it is too long, the paper will turn yellow greenish. It happened to my 2nd shirt which I will be showing you soon. It’s not that bad though, created a frame for my wording.

(me and Andy)

I made the shirt in the middle of the night at 2am last night, afterall I have decided to wear it out today. Hoping I could get some free publicity in the public when I walks around. =)

Now I still got a plain white tee left at home, still figuring on the design for that tee, simple will be good.

p/s:i got typo, don’t laugh.
