Chung Ling High School Campfire Night

I am not a Scout and I am not active in any uniformed unit but for this holiday, I’ve attended the Scout’s Campfire Night. Seriously, I am too free during the holiday that’s why I kept looking for stuff to do or attend. For so many years being a student, I have never attend any camping trip or camp fire thiny before, because I am not a Scout.

This Camp Fire Night was some sort of social gathering cum dance party. Invited uniformed unit attended the camp early in the morning for games and while for us non-invited guest, we were the visitor/V.I.P. Paid RM15 for this event and I got nothing but getting into the site, sweating a lot and a free dinner box from my Scout friend.

The interesting thing of the camp site was the huge Scout Gateway that was built by my school’s scout. It’s so huge and tall. Being on top of the of the gateway was a bit scary yet exciting because it’s tall but a little shaky. Though, it’s 100% steady according to my friend.

We got a special area for V.I.P/outsider/visitor. I should have called my whole gang of Leo Club members here to cheer and party. Though, it’s not really fun being with only a few friends.

The funny part was the fancy fashion show with the cowboy, red indian theme by all the young models. We were having having our camera in hand taking photos at them. Unfortunately, they didn’t stop and look at the camera which a model must do.

Best part of the night was the free dance session where everyone were dancing around. Though, the DJ sucked because they didn’t really play any dance hits and if they do, it’s half of the song and will be skipped to next song.

Unfortunately, it rained that night but it’s still didn’t stop them from partying around. Yo! It’s a tired night and I still prefer the Leo Forum then this one because I AM NOT A SCOUT!
