Hong Kong Times Square

Jom, let’s teleport to Hong Kong again. Now, everywhere has Times Square. It was first introduced in New York City where a street with a divider (Broadway and 7th Ave) with a lot of brightly lighted advertisement at night, then Hong Kong has their own Times Square (shopping center) with big LCD screen outside their building.

Kuala Lumpur too has a Times Square which claim to have Asia largest indoor theme park, sooner my hometown will have a Penang Times Square too with apartments and shopping area.

It is so easy to go anywhere you want in Hong Kong. A MTR ride to Causeway Bay and take the Times Square exit, you will then appear right inside Times Square. I didn’t take a walk in the mall instead, I went outside where all the peoples are.

This was where me imitate one of smashpOp pose in Hong Kong, but failed to get the effect. Haha, he is so damn good in posing.

The place is like yours. You can cross the road whenever you want because it’s too narrow and usually no car would pass by the area.

The Times Square’s surroudings is a very happenings places where there’s a lot of people walking around, non-stop. Students in uniform, work people in suits and tux, locals, tourist etc etc.

Trust me, you don’t want to leave your little kid alone there. Though, I like the feeling of being at a happenings, crowded place. It’s like Bukit Bintang in Kuala Lumpur and Orchard Rd in Singapore. Only some places here is like there, in Hong Kong, everywhere is people!

Me and Dad

By the way, I ate curry fish balls there.

It was a tired day by then. From The Peak to Central, then to Sheung Wan then down to Causeway Bay. All by foot and train, damn tiring and later then we went back the hotel to freshen up only then we went to had supper at a coffee house near our hotel.
