Sleeping Time
Written by Nicholas Chan on January 17, 2008 – 11:35 pm -What time do you guys sleep at night (during school day, work day, holiday)?
I still remember when I was in primary school, I sleep at 11pm, then slowly later, I sleep later. During the last holiday, I slept at 1am everyday, sometimes later and I woke up very late in the morning like 11am. People says this is not good for health, but I can’t help myself, people chat with me at night, my sit-in-front-of-the-computer time is at night.
Sometimes, I tried to ask myself to sleep early, but somehow turn how I sleep late again. =( When I say I want to go to sleep, I will check email awhile, the search something awhile, look for something awhile, awhile and awhile and lastly become 1 hour later already. Haha.
Now school starts, mom ask me to sleep at 1130, but then I can’t. Turn up, my standard, constant sleeping time is between 12-1230am. This cause me always felt sleepy in school. XD When there’s no tuition in the afternoon, I sure take a short nap. Teacher told us not to take a afternoon nap longer than 20 minutes, since it’s a nap, it should be short, he said. But who cares I think, sometimes, I slept in the afternoon for several hour and woke up stim stim. Then at night cannot sleep. The other day in school, fell sleepy again.
2 days ago, I slept at a pretty late time – 230am. Shock? Yes, I am crazy, I stayed up so late to catch the live coverage of Apple Keynote at MacWorld 2008 in San Fransisco. It’s my hobby, I love technology, news and tech-related thingy. I want to be the first to know the news or get updated faster. It’s just like football fan stay up late to watch live football matches, repeat is not fun because everyone already know the result already, so do I. =) Today what time sleep? 12+++ gua. Hehe.
What about you?
