Planning for a Hong Kong Trip in March

So now, I am planning for a trip to Hong Kong in March school holiday. It has been a long time I went to Hong Kong, and I was 5 that time. I don’t really remember about that trip already. Brother is going there himself this month with his girlfriend and I’ll be going with daddy and mommy in March. Dad’s task is to pay, my task is to plan the travel itinerary and mom’s is the simplest and funnest – Shop!

At first, my plan was fly there by AirAsia (Penang-KL-Macau/Shenzhen-HK), but then dad says Cathay Pacific (Penang-straight-to-HK) will be and include with hotel.

Air ticket has been booked and now is to plan the travel itinerary and search for interesting places in Hong Kong.

I want to go to :

• Hong Kong Disneyland.
• Take a night shot of Hong Kong City.
• Macau to see The Venetian Resorts and Casino.
• Shen Zhen to see cheap stuff.
• Shopping in Hong Kong.
• Avenue of Stars.
• Lan Kwai Fong.
• Shopping mall in Hong Kong.
• What else can I do there?

Can anybody suggest a 7 days trip plan for me which include Hong Kong, Macau and Shen Zhen in it? First and last day must be in Hong Kong.
