HD DVD vs Blu-ray Disc, Who will win?
Normal Caps - I really hate to see this, like last time, Sony’s PSP vs Nintendo DS, still don’t have the win yet, both are good console. What the hell is this? HD DVD and Blu-ray Disc, now we just got the format DVD only. We consumer just need to buy A DVD player to play the universal-everyone-everywhere use disc and now, we got HD DVD(HDD) and Blu-Ray Disc(BRD), which player should WE get later?!Get 2 800bucks player? Are you crazy? 1 player is like 700$ > RM2.8k, crazy man! The cheapest BDD is 599$ which is the PS3. Why Sony want to create a disc? IMO, I prefer the HDD, because the player is cheaper and the disc name is still like usual DVD with just add in the word HD. You see lar, if you only got 1 next-gen disc, no war, no hate, no worry, we just need to only get 1 player for us, no need to waste extra. Anyway, we will be seeing who will be the winner next year, so far I see only a BRD player which is a laptop, the SONY Vaio which really cost like a bomb, RM15k which is more expensive than a 42″ LCD TV, a HDD Toshiba laptop, I don’t know the price and no HDD or BRD Disc selling yet. Telling my dad about this stuff, he said this is useless, as what he think is, if got BDD or HDD is release, there won’t be any RM5 pirated video yet, haha. Now, I can get a cheap RM5 pirated-illegal-original-quality, hahaha. As you read the specs, BRD is better than HDD because the capacity is 30gb while HDD is 25gb and that’s why. It’s just like an hard disk drive. Keep thousand hours of pron, haha, Just kIdding. What else I want to say is Sony “cari pasal” which me find war to fight, just like PSP but they must be cool and lower their price so that they can win the war. Why don’t they make a disc smaller with higher capacity or make some cheap flash card to play movie, no loading speed, no laser broking down, that will be cool!
