Even some do, but they are expensive software. WebShot is a FREE tool to capture full height screenshot of any web pages. I’ve tried it, and I successfully WEBSHOT my blog page, it takes some times since my blog got many image and quite long. If you own a PSP, and you want to read some articles from Wikipedia, or some other site, just WebShot the page and copy into you PSP, you are ready to read On-The-Go

WebShot is a program that allows you to take screenshots and thumbnails of webpages or whole websites. It comes with a command line interface for advanced users. The following image formats are supported JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP.
